A classic rose. Made from Chenin Blanc that is separately vinified and then blended with bold, juicy Zinfandel and Syrah, which are stainless-fermented for optimal freshness. Graci Etna Rosato 2021 (Italy - Sicily) Rose
$14.00/Glass
$49.00
Made with Nerello Mascalese that is harvested a bit earlier—in September, as opposed to the traditional October harvest—for more brightness. It opens to a pale pink color reminiscent of a Provençal rosé, yet it also shows the shiny copper hues that are specific to this indigenous Etna grape. The wine is beautifully fine and polished in terms of aromas with subtle little embellishments of wild berry, violet and candied grapefruit. Yet that volcanic mineral side is also nicely developed and is ultimately what ties this wine so faithfully to its very exciting volcanic territory.
Massey Dacta Sauvignon Blanc 2021 (New Zealand - Marlborough) White
$14.00/Glass
$49.00/Bottle
Pale with green highlights, opens to a fragrant nose of peaches, white grapefruit, & passion fruit. The palate mirrors the aromas with notes of lemongrass, melon, lime and umami flavors.
